Advice and confirmation
Contact Lung Linh to discuss the product, its location, photos and approximate dimensions. Your own measurements are initial information; agree the production dimensions and measurement responsibilities before confirming custom work. For curtain cleaning, discuss material, condition, removal and refitting needs, and the appropriate treatment.
Price, payment and timing
Before agreeing or paying, confirm in a quotation or recordable communication: model and materials, quantity, dimensions, total price, taxes and extra charges if any, deposit, payment schedule, address, delivery and installation scope, and estimated timing. The website does not take online payments. Pay only using details confirmed directly with the supplier.
Delivery, inspection and changes
Agree access to the premises, customer preparation and the scope of finishing work. On delivery or completion, check the model, quantity, condition and agreed work. Report concerns promptly. For rescheduling, changes or cancellation, contact the supplier to establish work already completed, any related costs and the resolution before making a change.
Warranty, returns and refunds
Confirm the warranty scope, period, conditions and support process for the specific product or service before ordering. Returns, repair or refunds are considered according to the circumstances, valid agreement and mandatory customer rights. This page does not prescribe a universal period or charge and does not exclude responsibility for defective goods or work that does not meet the agreement.
